Our Account Managers are available to help you determine your telecommunications needs, assist you with design changes, advise you of costs and recommend equipment. Upon request, your Account Manager can provide you with a detailed list (by budget area) of your office's telecommunication services and designs. There is no charge for any of these consulting services; however, your department will be billed for any resulting changes or additions to your services.
Additionally, your Account Manager will conduct training on products and services available. Training is free and offered on an as-needed basis.
