New in November 2008 for business customers:
Updates to our cellular call detail website will allow you to mark your calls faster than before. You will also be able to update calls you have marked previously. Read on for a demo of the updates.
1) Log in with your OSU name.# email address. Use the password that you've set up for your cellular detail web access.

2) Click View Individual Call Detail.

3) Select a number from the list of numbers assigned to you. Click View Available Months.

4) Select the month or months worth of detail you want to view. Click View Call Detail.

(Tip: Hold down the Ctrl key to select multiple months of detail.)
5) The first column in your detail will be buttons that you can click on to mark a call as being for Business or Personal purposes. You can also assign a name or description to a number to help validate the purpose of the call.

Click on a button and you will be presented with a popup window. You will be able to mark the call Business or Personal and to attach a name or description to the call.

(Tip: To view hidden detail, you can move this window using the grey "Title Bar" at the top.)
Your options for Mark are:
Just this call - Mark only this call using your supplied Business/Personal and Description choices.
All calls to this number (Always) - Use your supplied Business/Personal and Description choices every time you call or are called by the displayed number.
