A Polycom speakerphone is available to rent from OIT on a per day basis. The Polycom speakerphone is great for conferencing a caller with a small to medium-sized group of people (3-35) meeting in the same room. In addition to the built-in speakerphone, the Polycom includes two additional wired microphones and a wireless microphone for use by a presenter.
- Rental cost: $30.00 for a one-day rental period
You will need an active analog telephone line and an electrical outlet available in the room where you plan to use the Polycom speakerphone. The Polycom must be plugged into an analog phone line and will not work on IP, electronic or digital phone lines.
To rent the Polycom speakerphone for a day, please call the IT Service Desk at 292-3131 during business hours. We recommend you reserve the Polycom well in advance of your meeting or event to ensure it's availability.
The Polycom speakerphone can be picked up from the IT Service Desk at 025 Central Classroom, 2009 Millikin Rd. on the same day or the day before your meeting or event (if available). You will need to bring a university #100W to pay for the rental. The Polycom and all related parts should be returned to the IT Service Desk no later than the day following your meeting or event. OIT reserves the right to bill for late returns, and for any missing or damaged equipment or parts. |
